Returns Policy
This policy is offered in addition to your statutory rights.
Return Address
The return address will be on the delivery packing or provided to you once you notify us about the return, this is because our items are sent from all over the UK and to keep costs down it is best to return to the same dispatch location.
Change of Mind Returns
If you would like to return your item(s), this is fine, within 14 days of receipt of your order for a full refund to the original payment method used.
You must ensure the products are returned within 28 days otherwise your refund may be refused.
Any items returned for refund or exchange must be in original - fully resalable condition and any labels intact.
Personalised, Made to Measure, Made to Order and Customised items are not accepted back under this policy, and can not be returned.
Domain Names, Email, Hosting or Website pages can NOT be exchanged or returned or refunded once provided, there is NO call-off or change-of-mind period. There is NO refund in part or full on these digial services.
It is your responsibility to pay any postage charges, duties and taxes incurred to return your item(s).
Returns by Post or Courier
Please make sure we receive your returned items, within 28 days from the day you receive them, to be refunded in full via the original payment method.
If you return your purchase after this period and at our discretion, you will may be refunded with an eVoucher to the value of the returned items.
If returning items by post, please retain your proof of posting and or full tracking. You are responsible for the item(s) until they are returned under this policy.
Returns Outside the Returns Period
If you return your purchase by post or courier after the periods outlined above (with the exception of faulty or damaged goods), we reserve the right not to offer you a refund in full. We may instead return your purchase to you. Prior to sending it, you may be charged the delivery fee applicable to the products and your location.
Returns for Exchange
If you want to return for an exchange, like a different colour or size, you must let us know so we can provide the correct return address to use.
We may have to charge a small fee towards the re-postage back to you.
Any items returned for refund or exchange must be in original - fully resalable condition and any labels intact.
Personalised, Made to Measure, Made to Order and Customised items can not be exchanged under this policy, and can not be returned.
Right to Cancel - Cool Off
Domain Names, Email, Hosting or Website pages can NOT be exchanged or returned or refunded once provided, there is NO call-off or change-of-mind period. There is NO refund in part or full on these digial services.
Personalised, Made to Measure, Made to Order and Customised items can not be exchanged or returned or refunded once they have been ordered. With the exception of faulty or damaged goods.
UK and EU customers have the right to cancel orders under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. With the exception of Personalised, Made to Measure, Made to Order and Customised items.
If you wish to cancel your order please contact us at once.
You can only nornally cancel an order before it has been dispatched, if your order has already been sent to you then you will have to return the order as a return.
Return or Exchange of Faulty or Damaged items
Please contact us at once and we will sort any issue out as soon as we can.
We will in the first instance ask for images that show the issue if damaged.
We can often offer a free replacement without a return needed. Details will be provided when you contact us.
The return of Faulty or Damaged items will often be at our cost and we will provide a free postage return label. Please do not send items back until we provide this to you or agreed the return as we will not pay for other postage costs.
Items which can't be returned using our Returns Policy
With the exception of faulty or damaged items, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on the following:
Domain Names
Email Services
Hosting Services
Website Pages
Any other digital service
Any Personalised, Made to Measure, Made to Order and Customised items
Gifts Cards & Gift Vouchers
Pierced earrings
Perishable food or beverages, including Hampers
Any Free items
Any Unsealed, sent sealed items:
Cosmetics
Grooming products
Lingerie - Hosiery
Bedding, including mattresses, duvets, sheets and pillows
Swimwear
Other Returns Policy Restrictions
Items purchased online cannot be returned to our Offices or Outlets.
Many items must be returned directly to the supplier, please check your Order Packing and contact us for details.
Returns Label
When we provide a returns label, it will be sent by email for you to print out.
Please add your order number and any return number we provide to you and include this in the parcel before repacking.
Cut out the relevant postage label from the bottom of the receipt and attach to the outside of the parcel.
Take the parcel to your local collection Office (this will be provided to you).
For some larger items we will arrange a collection from your address, this will be made clear to you.
Remember to ask for proof of postage.
