We only take the minimal information needed to fulfil your order.

We will only collect information when you willingly provide it.

You are not legally required to provide us with your personal information, but in order to do any of the following, you will need to provide us with certain details:

To customise an order.
To enter prizes or competitions.

The details you provide to us will include your name, email address, product selections, delivery address, telephone number.

We will store your details for some time to allow for the full order process. After such time all your details will be deleted

The delviery details you provide are passed on to other parties like Royal Mail and couriers to fulfil the order delivery

How we Store your personal information

All the order details you provide are stored in a secure database for a few hours.

NO card details are soted by us in any way

The order details are transfered to our backend systems, by a secure connection only we have access to and can only access locally, no direct web access.

Once the details are copyed over, we remove them from the online database, so no record of your details is left online by us.

The details stored in our back end can not be accessed online, they can only be accessed by our own client software, we control and is user protected

We will store the details for as long as it is deemed necessary to carry out the order for you, then your order details will be removed.


Disclosure of your information

Your personal information may be disclosed to third parties who will help process your order or delivery or send you communications.

We never pass your details on to any one else apart from to fulfil your order or any legal or law request.


Right to Access

You have the right to access your personal information we hold about you at any time, subject to a fee which is currently £20.

You can ask us to update or correct any incomplete, inaccurate personal information that we hold about you free of charge, at any time.

Please note that before we are able to provide you with, or to correct, any personal information we hold about you, we may ask you to verify your identity and to provide other details to help us to respond to your request.

Deletion Policy

We will store the details for as long as it is deemed necessary to carry out the order for you, then your order details will be removed.

This time will be govened by standard law and for any return or other contact issues,

After the order has been sent - you can request we delete the details we hold.

We will then delete the details in full within the time the General Data Protection Regulation provide.

Where we go further

We do not take or store any payment card details.

No details we take are stored online long term by us, once the order process is finsihed we remove all your details from our site, so there is nothing for bad people to access or take. Kepping you safe.

We do not use logon details or passwords, yes it means you have to add your address every time you order, but you are safe, no details online means nothing to take.

We do not use any tracking to monitor you, no cookies , no ads, no noise.

Once you leave our store (without an order) we have no record of you, that is the way it should be.  Your business is your own, we do not follow you online.


Security Statement

Our main office systems for Admin Control & Workflow Manager are entirely cloud based on a local network, there is no access other then by our own software clients, no internet, no browser, no other route in, and all clients can acccess is the server program, clients have no direct acceess to anything,

The only data we store is what is given by you to fulfil the orders, we store nothing to do with your payment details.

Data you provide online when you order is collected and then passed to our backend systems, and then removed from online.

The website and all its parts have been created by us in house, we are in compleate control of it.

All access to the client interface TCP on internal only ports, blocked to all outside.

There is no FTP access on backend servers and all client/server contact use recognised best practise for data transfer.

A Dedicated Firewall blocks all most all ports and third party penetration testing has been carried out -

Also we have 2 realtime anti virus programs checking for any intrusion and block any un-authorised programs and accesss.
